Job Description

RealAdvisor is a fast growing proptech start-up on mission to build a pan-European real estate marketplace. With over 1 million monthly unique users in 4 different countries, we are uniquely positioned to challenge existing incumbants and reinvent how homes are bought and sold in Europe.

As Business Operations Analyst, you will have a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the success and growth of our company. This role offers unparalleled exposure to various aspects of the business, and you will work closely with the CEO, playing a key role in executing critical operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in strategic planning and implementation of new business initiatives.

  • Coordinate and manage special projects as directed by the CEO.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.

  • Update the business plan every month and analyse deviations from plan

  • Conduct market research and help prepare lists for the sales team

  • Review the sales team performance and help prepare weekly sales meetings

Preferred Experience

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High degree of professionalism and discretion.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Recruitment Process

As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to meet with various stakeholders within the company and complete an online assessment.

Please note that this position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location of your choosing. As a Swiss company, we are unable to offer a local employment contract. Consequently, it is essential for applicants to have the ability to work as freelancers. You will be responsible for managing your local administrative requirements, including compliance with local employment laws and tax obligations.
